Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within one to two business days from our warehouse in Pennsylvania. During times of high volume (such as Black Friday and Christmas), orders may take as long as seven business days to ship.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal system, stolen or damaged packages, or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. While most packages will arrive on schedule, please keep in mind both weather and other delays are always a possibility.
Please note that packages shipped via upgraded shipping are still subject to our normal processing times.
Returns & Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not completely satified with an item, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit within 30 days.

Please note that underwear, sale items, clearance items, and items marked as non-returnable are not returnable.
We do not offer price adjustments.
Order Cancellations / Changes
Orders are sent directly to our warehouse in real-time and are unable to be changed once they are placed.
Sale Items
Because of the discounts already offered on sales items, clearance items, and specially-marked items, no further discounts or promo codes are applicable.
All sales items purchased are ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
