Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at returns@JujuBeeBoutique.com.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items NOT ELIGIBLE to return: Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), headbands and or bows ,free items (promotional), Holiday items, sale items (last one, clearance, closeout, items purchased with discount codes, items purchased with coupon items, items purchased with sale discounts, etc) or items marked as non-returnable in the product or category description. Please check the category description for more info. 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping charges are non refundable, shipping item(s) back for a refund are at the cost of the buyer. 


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving item(s). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost / Damaged Items
JujuBee Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. JujuBee Boutique takes reasonable steps to ensure items are properly delivered, but cannot guarantee that all items are properly delivered and free from damages.


Chargebacks / Legal
You agree to contact JujuBee Boutique before initiating any chargebacks or disputing any orders. Your failure to contact JujuBee Boutique prior to initiating any chargebacks or disputing any orders will be deemed a failure to comply with JujuBee Boutique terms and conditions. In the event JujuBee Boutique pursues legal action against another company or customer for any reason, any and all legal fees will be at the customers / company's expense, including but not limited too small claims court fees and judgement fees. We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time, so please review it frequently.
